    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p>\n<p>Under the direction of the F&amp;B Supervisor the Beverage Server is responsible for providing exceptional and quality food and beverage service in high volume areas.&nbsp;Responsibilities include preparation work and server-side duties in a team environment. <strong>Above all else, must embrace and be aligned with Casino Nova Scotia’s culture and philosophy of providing outstanding entertainment experiences.</strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Duties</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides exceptional guest service to casino guests</li>\n <li>Provides food and beverage service following established standards of service</li>\n <li>Cleans and buses section</li>\n <li>Responsible for communicating any potential issues or concerns regarding responsible beverage service</li>\n <li>Works as a member of the team and provides support to co-workers on shift to ensure an overall positive guest experience for all casino guests</li>\n <li>Responsible for handling various financial transactions involving beverage service to guests.</li>\n <li>Responsible for re-stocking of products and supplies, cleaning, and others duties as required</li>\n <li>Provides efficient and exceptional service to our guests in a friendly, professional and positive manner at all times as they are ambassadors of Casino Nova Scotia</li>\n <li>Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership,&nbsp;</li>\n <li>employees, vendors and regulators</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned or directed</li>\n <li>Finds ways to <strong>play</strong>; you are serious about work, without being serious in demeanor</li>\n <li><strong>Chooses</strong> to make everyday a great day</li>\n <li>Stays focused in order to <strong>be there</strong></li>\n <li>Delivers an exceptional entertainment experience to internal and external guests to ensure you <strong>make their day</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent is required</li>\n <li>Completion of the Responsible Service Certificate “Serve Right - it’s just good business” is required (training offered)</li>\n <li>POS &amp; Cash handling experience required</li>\n <li>One-year food and beverage serving experience in either a bar or restaurant setting required</li>\n <li>Demonstrated strong sales and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to stand and carry a tray for the duration of a shift&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be able to work quickly, under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Demonstrated knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Beer is required</li>\n <li>Satisfactory attendance required&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must be pleasant, positive, self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate well with your fellow team members</li>\n</ul>",
