The role is hands-on and delivery focused, supporting manufacturing sites across Mexico and the USA. The consultant will operate as a core team member within the Operations & Supply Chain functional team. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Configure, optimize, and provide ongoing support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) modules across Operations and Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Deliver functional support across core SCM areas, including Production Control, Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Master Planning, Warehousing, and Advanced WMS.</li>\n <li>Create high‑quality functional documentation, including Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration guides, test scripts, and process notes.</li>\n <li>Support all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including system testing, UAT, training activities, cutover planning, go‑live execution, and post‑go‑live hypercare.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners, site subject‑matter experts (SMEs), data teams, and technical development teams to ensure end‑to‑end solution alignment.</li>\n <li>Provide both on-site and remote support to manufacturing locations, ensuring smooth operational continuity and resolving D365-related issues promptly.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience working as a <strong>D365 F&O Functional Consultant</strong> within Operations and Supply Chain.</li>\n <li>Strong background in <strong>manufacturing environments</strong>, either process manufacturing, discrete manufacturing, or both.</li>\n <li>Hands‑on involvement in <strong>at least one full D365 F&O implementation lifecycle</strong>, from design through to go‑live and hypercare.</li>\n <li>Solid functional understanding of <strong>end‑to‑end supply chain and manufacturing processes</strong>, including production, inventory, procurement, planning, and warehousing.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to <strong>translate business requirements into functional designs</strong>, configurations, and process documentation</li>\n <li>Experience supporting or collaborating with manufacturing sites in <strong>Mexico and/or the USA</strong>.</li>\n <li>In‑depth knowledge of <strong>Advanced Warehouse Management (Advanced WMS)</strong> in D365 F&O.</li>\n <li>Previous experience working alongside or coordinating with <strong>System Integrators (SIs)</strong> during ERP implementations.</li>\n <li><strong>Microsoft D365 certifications</strong>, particularly in Supply Chain Management or related modules.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Morgan Advanced Materials is an EEO/AA/M/W/D/V Employer </strong><strong>Ind-1</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Morgan Advanced Materials</strong> is a business rich in history and innovation.
