We’re looking for a full-time Agro Manager to join our dynamic team.</p><p><strong>Position: </strong>Agro Manager</p><p><strong>Full-time</strong>:&nbsp;40 hours per week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.</p><p><strong>Availability&nbsp;requirements:</strong>&nbsp;Weekdays</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Agro Division Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and day-to-day execution of the Agro Centre and will:</p><ul><li>Provide operational direction and oversight on implementing programs and policies for the Agro Centre in the areas of brand, customer service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery</li><li>Build strong customer relationships and oversee the execution of sales strategies for the Agro Centre through managing and growing current customers and identifying and pursuing growth opportunities</li><li>Oversee the execution of marketing and merchandising including displays, promotions, and pricing</li><li>Ensure standards are achieved on all safety, environmental, and asset protection policies and procedures and overseeing the safe handling and storage of inventory and equipment for the location</li><li>Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to pricing, sales margins, expenses, and inventory</li><li>Provide leadership to the Agro Centre team, including recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members</li></ul><p><strong>Why it matters:</strong></p><p>Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.
