Project Manager</strong> to oversee and implement the construction quality control program for our project at Tindal Air Base, Australia. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in QC management and field supervision roles, with a strong understanding of quality assurance procedures, contract compliance, safety standards, and EM 385-1-1.</p><p><br></p><h3><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Participate in key project meetings including preconstruction, coordination, and progress meetings</li><li>Lead and document the Three-Phase Quality Control process</li><li>Schedule and manage Preparatory and Initial Phase meetings and report on outcomes</li><li>Coordinate with the Superintendent to stop non-conforming work and log deficiencies</li><li>Submit daily QC reports with photo documentation</li><li>Coordinate submittal reviews and maintain submittal registers</li><li>Track and review testing activities and maintain logs and reports</li><li>Maintain daily updates to as-built drawings and ensure proper documentation of changes</li><li>Ensure all materials and work are in compliance with contract requirements; maintain a rework log</li><li>Coordinate with special inspection teams in accordance with project requirements</li><li>Submit punch lists, oversee correction work, and assist with Pre-final and Final Inspections</li><li>Ensure completion and delivery of keys, O&amp;M manuals, warranty documents, and final drawings</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
