We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and deeply technical — ideal for someone experienced in infrastructure automation, observability, and microservices orchestration AWS cloud environments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using Pulumi and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices.</li>\n<li>Deploy and operate EKS clusters with keeping solid security, observability, cost efficiency compliant to best practices</li>\n<li>Manage Kubernetes workloads based on Helm, kustomize or custom Kubernetes operators</li>\n<li>Implement and maintain observability stacks — VictoriaMetrics, VictoriaLogs, Grafana, Alertmanager, Zipkin, and OpenTelemetry — for Node.js, python and golang based services.</li>\n<li>Build custom dashboards and alert rules for infrastructure and application performance monitoring.</li>\n<li>Automate operations and writing infrastructure-oriented code on Typescript or Golang.</li>\n<li>Administer GitLab CI/CD pipelines, runners, and environments for seamless multi-repo workflows.</li>\n<li>Support backend teams by integrating Node.js, Golang and Python microservices into unified deployment and monitoring pipelines.</li>\n<li>Apply strong security and compliance practices (RBAC, IAM, secrets management, mTLS).</li>\n<li>Contribute to disaster recovery, cost optimization, and reliability engineering strategies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills and Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>General skill</p>\n<ul>\n<li>System design, architecture and patterns understanding</li>\n<li>Proven experience in DevOps/SRE position</li>\n<li>Deep understanding of Linux basics and containers (cgroups, cpu scheduling, kernel parameters)</li>\n<li>OCI containers (docker/podman)</li>\n<li>Image build tools (buildkit, kaniko, buildah)</li>\n<li>Networking knowledge, according to CCNA level</li>\n<li>Backup and restore strategies, disaster recovery planning</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Programming languages and frameworks</p>\n<ul>\n<li>JavaScript/Typescript basic level</li>\n<li>Understanding of NodeJS runtime</li>\n<li>Golang basics</li>\n<li>REST API implementations</li>\n<li>SOLID principles</li>\n<li>12-factor app methodology</li>\n<li>Skills of bash scripting and perception, when bash should be replaced to programming language</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Git, IaC, CI/CD</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced git knowledge</li>\n<li>Gitlab CI/CD experience</li>\n<li>Pulumi basics and especially typescript implementation</li>\n<li>Understanding of cattle/pets infrastructure approaches,</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Cloud technologies</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with AWS basic services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, ALB)</li>\n<li>EKS clusters with worker nodes and networking administration, understanding of transparent IAM security (IRSA, Pod execution roles)</li>\n<li>Cloudfront cdn, WAF security</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Kubernetes</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understating of core concepts, such pods, replicasets, deployments, services, ingresses, secrets</li>\n<li>Experience with different deployment tools and concepts, such Helm, kustomize (overlays concept), ArgoCD/Flux, Pulumi Kubernetes provider</li>\n<li>Statedul/stateless concepts, difference between deployments and statefulsets, storage classes</li>\n<li>Internal Kubernetes networking, CNI like Cilium, AWS CNI, Flannel</li>\n<li>Cluster monitoring via Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, logging via Loki/ViactoriaLogs</li>\n<li>Logging agents – vector, fluentbit</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Security</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source code and containers images security scanning – trivy, SonarCube, Artifactory</li>\n<li>OAuth and SAML implementations protocols, SSO concept</li>\n<li>SSL/TLS understanding</li>\n<li>Goteleport access security</li>\n<li>Keycloak IDM</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Monitoring and Observability</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding difference between metrics, logs, tracing</li>\n<li>Prometheus-like metrics solutions, Grafana dashboards</li>\n<li>Logging platforms based on Loki/VoctoriaMetrics/Graylog</li>\n<li>Alerting with alertmanager</li>\n<li>Distributed tracing systems like Zipkin, ElasticSearch APM</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Bonus Points for Experience with</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kubernetes service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)</li>\n<li>Kubernetes operator pattern (Kubebuilder, Operator SDK)</li>\n<li>OpenSearch and Redis cluster administration.</li>\n<li>RabbitMQ administration</li>\n<li>NoSQL solutions – MongoDB, DynamoDB</li>\n<li>Policy-as-Code (OPA, Kyverno) or security automation (Falco, Trivy, Snyk).</li>\n<li>Serverless architecture (AWS Lambda)</li>\n<li>Cost management, auto-scaling, and infrastructure benchmarking.</li>\n<li>Chaos engineering or resilience testing practices.</li>\n</ul>",
