You'll be the person who keeps the books clean, the close fast, and leadership informed. This is a hands-on role with real scope. If you want to inherit a finished system, this isn't it. If you want to build one, it is.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close: managing complex transactions, resolving issues, and keeping the process tight and documented</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations across US and UK entities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Handle sales tax compliance across multiple states as we exceed thresholds, and support US and UK audit preparation year-round</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Build and document internal accounting policies, controls, and processes that scale with a growing business</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Optimise our accounting stack: Rillet, Maxio, and connected platforms to keep billing, CRM, and finance in sync</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support day-to-day cash operations and provide visibility into multi-currency exposure</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a B2B or B2C SaaS company, or public accounting experience at a firm doing financial audits (translatable and welcome here)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">CPA certified</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Solid working knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, and reconciliations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with mid-market accounting systems (NetSuite or similar.
