    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><strong><ins>POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp;</ins></strong></p><p>Under the direction of the department Supervisor/Manager, the Painter is responsible for coating surface parts, assembling and finishing products with protective or decorative materials such as paint, varnish, enamel, lacquer, dope or stain using spray gun. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><ins>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</ins></strong></p><p>&bull; Determines and selects correct mixes of coating material.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Applies paint to parts as directed by job orders.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Identifies and coats areas that are inaccessible to hand sprayer.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Identifies problems with equipment and will troubleshoot or repair paint guns.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Responsible for running ovens as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Will complete visual inspection of masking on parts to ensure consistency as well as inspect for damaged product.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Completes necessary paperwork.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Works closely with the production team and assist as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Adheres to safety regulations.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Performs other duties as assigned. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><ins>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</ins></strong></p><p>&bull; Ability to communicate, read, and understand English.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Basic math skills.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Experience using and troubleshooting gravity spray gun.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Previous experience in aerospace industry or automotive repair, a plus.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with team members at all levels in the organization.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><ins>ITAR REQUIREMENT:&nbsp;</ins></strong></p><p>Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><ins>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:&nbsp;</ins></strong></p><p>&bull; Walking/Standing for prolonged periods of time&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Exposed heat, noise and chemical fumes while in production areas&nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Good hand and eye coordination and movement &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 35, 33); font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; display: inline !important; float: none;\" id=\"isPasted\">We are an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
