The Auberle Family Shelter programs are operational 24/7 to serve the families at the facility.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Position Title and Overview</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Family Emergency Shelter Program Manager</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Provide high quality supervision and guidance to program supervisor to ensure programs operate effectively.</li>\r\n\t<li>Actively monitor all team members&rsquo; productivity, provide supervision, feedback, and other performance improvement steps as needed to ensure individual and team goals are met.
