This role focuses on designing products in the beauty, lifestyle, and accessories sectors, collaborating with top-tier global brands. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for trends, a passion for product development, and the ability to produce high-quality designs that resonate with clients’ branding and market trends.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Art Director and Creative + Development Team to produce product renderings, presentations, and artwork.</li>\n<li>Conceptualize designs tailored to clients’ branding, market trends, and preferences.</li>\n<li>Ensure brand consistency throughout projects by understanding and adhering to client guidelines.</li>\n<li>Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, executing and maintaining high design standard.</li>\n<li>Balance priorities effectively, meeting deadlines while communicating with internal stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Ability to relentlessly collaborate and at the same time work independently on several different projects at once.</li>\n<li>Must be commercially and financially aware of the business, from creative time management of projects and product development.</li>\n<li>Prepare accurate, factory-ready artwork and maintain organized production files for efficiency.</li>\n<li>Create marketing materials, including newsletters and collateral, for Twelve.</li>\n<li>Additional tasks may include mentoring junior designers, producing mood boards, sample photography, and file organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years experience in product and packaging design, including rendering.</li>\n<li>Strong skills in creating commercially successful designs, spanning mass-market to luxury.</li>\n<li>Extensive Adobe Creative Cloud- InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator experience necessary.</li>\n<li>Must have excellent layout design skills, including building highly creative client-facing decks.</li>\n<li>Proficient experience in Photoshop renderings and mock-ups.</li>\n<li>Proficient experience in illustrating, printmaking, and typography.</li>\n<li>Proficient understanding of the Pantone colour system.</li>\n<li>Understanding of product development such as budget and material limitations, is beneficial but not necessary.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A passion for product - specifically within the beauty, lifestyle, and accessories space</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of brand development and consistency with the capability of solving complex problems through effective design</li>\n<li>Must have their pulse on the latest in product/design/fashion/typography trends.</li>\n<li>Ability to execute design tasks quickly and efficiently.<br></li>\n<li>Must be flexible, open-minded, and respond to constructive criticism with revisions to designs and projects as necessary</li>\n<li>Demonstrate excellent creativity, oral and written communication, listening, and decision-making skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Can Expect:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Full-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hybrid work environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mental Health Mondays: Once a month our offices close globally (that's an additional 12 days per year)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Generous Paid Time Off -- Including your birthday, personal days, and time off around holidays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paid Parental Leave</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Summer Fridays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Discretionary Bonuses</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Salary: $85k-$95k depending on experience</em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em><br></em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Twelve Inc. is committed to building an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and everyone is encouraged to apply.
