This role owns the development and refinement of forecasting methodologies, applies advanced analytics to improve forecast accuracy, and drives insights that enhance decision-making. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders and provides leadership on data-driven financial analysis.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Financial Forecasting: </strong>Develop, execute, and continuously enhance end-to-end forecasting models by leveraging advanced analytical techniques, historical trends, business drivers, and documented methodologies to improve accuracy and support planning cycles.</li>\n <li><strong>Financial Analytics: </strong>Lead the design and execution of advanced analytical frameworks, synthesizing complex KPI trends, risks, and opportunities into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.</li>\n <li><strong>Communication and Reporting: </strong>Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data, deliver clear and concise reporting, present insights to leadership, and maintain thorough documentation of financial models, assumptions, and methodologies.</li>\n <li><strong>Process Improvement: </strong>Identify and drive process improvements through automation and streamlined data workflows, enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of forecasting and reporting functions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. f</li>\n <li>4-5 years of experience in corporate financial programs, reporting, analytics, and impact assessment.</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of data analysis and the development of statistical and financial data to support reporting and business recommendations.</li>\n <li>Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and/or Python/R, including experience building scalable forecasting solutions.</li>\n <li>Experience with financial systems and planning tools (e.g., ERP systems and CPM platforms such as OneStream or similar).</li>\n <li>Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with statutory and GAAP accounting, with life insurance industry experience considered a plus.</li>\n <li>Executive Communication Skills</li>\n <li>Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions </strong></p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
