    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The University of Southern Maine’s Athletics Department is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coordinator.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eOalXE_mdF_Z3n_dgEc_vJflLv7yu2mk/edit?usp=sharing&amp;ouid=102831109340735176035&amp;rtpof=true&amp;sd=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Strength and Conditioning Coordinator</a><span> is responsible&nbsp;</span>for the development, implementation, and supervision of comprehensive strength and conditioning programs that enhance the performance, health, and safety of student-athletes participating in varsity athletics at the University of Southern Maine.
