The role We  are looking for a Senior PR Account Manager & Media Relations Specialist with  experience in  independently managing multiple client accounts.  This  role involves working on a portfolio of 3-5 accounts across account management and media relations functions: executing clients’ PR and earned media strategies, communicating their stories to trade and business media, as well as industry influencers,  managing content and other asset requirements, w hile ensuring all PR and content meets high editorial standards. This is a permanent , full-time position for someone who enjoys working directly with multiple B2B brands to generate earned media opportunities and can consistently deliver results  autonomously. Important: This role is for an experienced account manager, not a coordinator or junior account executive looking for their next step.   Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of direct client-facing account management experience and be comfortable independently managing multiple client relationships, leading PR programs and being accountable for results. Experience  representing  B2B aviation technology, payments technology and/or travel technology companies is a prerequisite. Candidates without direct experience in these sectors will not be considered. Are  we  the right fit? In this role, you will: Develop and execute PR strategies that span storytelling, pitching, media outreach, monitoring, and performance reporting Build and   maintain   strong relationships with editors, journalists, and industry influencers to regularly secure relevant coverage Lead day-to-day client management, serving as the   primary   point of contact, managing scopes of work, and ensuring projects are delivered on time   and   within scope Oversee campaign planning and execution, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows   across multiple accounts Collaborate closely with internal strategy, content, and creative   colleagues   to deliver integrated   programs that support client goals and uphold THINKINK’s standards Monitor industry trends and competitor activity,   identifying   opportunities and insights that strengthen client positioning Contribute to account growth by   identifying   opportunities,   anticipating   client needs and demonstrating measurable value through your work What success looks like Clients trust your counsel and see consistent, measurable results across media, messaging, and strategy You   are viewed as a trusted and knowledgeable   strategic partne r who clients rely on for guidance and ideas The accounts you manage are healthy, organized and growing Y our media relationships are active and productive, with journalists responding to your outreach and seeking your input The c ampaigns   and programs you manage   generate outcomes that support client objectives You are recognized for your judgment,   initiative   and ability to keep projects moving without unnecessary supervision Qualifications Minimum 8 years of direct client-facing PR account management experience, including ownership of client relationships,   PR   strategy development , p rogram   execution   and media relations . At least   4 years of PR-agency experience is   required . Proven   experience and   t rack record   of   repres enting   B2B companie s in at least two of these industries:   aviation technology, payment   technology   or travel technology.   This requirement is non-negotiable. Demonstrated   track record   delivering earned media coverage and achieving PR program   objectives   for multiple clients simultaneously Agency experience managing multiple accounts with a high degree of independence Demonstrated success securing placements in business,   technology   and trade publications Strong technology skills and experience using media relations, project management and collaboration tools such as Muck Rack, Meltwater, BuzzStream, Workfront, Workamajig or similar platforms Confidence   in   presenting strategies, recommendations and results to clients and leading client meetings.
