    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 15px;\">We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Professional Project Layout/Survey Engineer</span> to join and strengthen our team!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;\">Key Responsibilities include:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Prepare layout documents and computations associated with ALTA, Boundary and Topographic Surveys etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Prepare layout and As-built drawings and descriptions utilizing AutoCAD and other related software packages as directed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Prepare and manage project schedule.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Prepares standard forms and communicates the project requirements and expectations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Communicates and coordinates schedules with project team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Reviews data and documents developed by team for accuracy and precision.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Analyzes data from various sources, e.g., traditional field survey, point cloud, GIS, etc. to develop and prepare plans and reports.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Provide construction-related services including correspondence with team, construction plan interpretation, point data extraction, stakeout reviews, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Review applicable reference materials and location specific statutes and requirements and communicates knowledge with teammates and clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Review and evaluate project documentation, e.g., field notes, title work, surveys, property descriptions, etc.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline;\">Qualifications Include:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Minimum 3 years’ experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience using levels, conventional total stations, robotic instruments, surveying equipment while collecting field survey data for different types of surveys.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Prior experience with 3D Scanning preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience using Trimble GNSS and Survey Controller or tablet.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Knowledge and experience with Boundary Alta surveys.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Ability to work extended hours, including some weekends.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather and terrain conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs. and do repetitive work such as lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Required to have a valid driver license with a clean driving record</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Identify and solve problems, and work well in a team environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Motivated self-starter and able to work independently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Exemplify safe work practices and follow the company's compliance standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Punctual and hard worker.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Strong leadership skills and ability to train and motivate staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;
