To deliver excellent service while building long-lasting relationships and growing the business. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company protocols </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Engage customers in meaningful conversations about their Plumbing systems, educating them on potential improvements, upgrades, or repairs that will benefit them in the long run </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify and present Plumbing products and service recommendations based on customer needs and system analysis. Close sales for system upgrades, new equipment installations, and preventative maintenance plans. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish rapport and trust with customers by offering tailored solutions, handling objections with professionalism, and providing clear, honest advice. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Generate new business opportunities through customer referrals, follow-ups, and actively seeking potential service or upgrade opportunities while on the job. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with our dispatch and sales teams to ensure timely scheduling and seamless follow-up on leads or job opportunities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Meet and exceed personal sales goals while maintaining high standards of technical service. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Requirements</strong> </p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED Equivalent  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of Plumbing Service experience  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of proven success in selling direct to homeowners via in-home presentation </li>\n <li>Journeyman License (preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assertive and confident personality </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Commitment to company values </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to climb into and through attics and crawl spaces </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work outside and in extreme temperatures </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a clean driving record. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic computer skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Reliable & punctual attendance </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to be flexible in working a variable schedule including evenings and rotational weekends </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Service Titan experience </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation & Hours</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pay: This role includes weekend work.
