Description
Role Summary
The Anthropologie Creative Merchandising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing trend led merchandising strategies that resonate with both our existing + incoming customer. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong cross functional influence.
Role Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Buying + Merch on post IR ideation, and Styling + Creative / Design Teams to develop + execute creative strategies.
Focus on priority areas to ensure alignment with business goals.
In partnership with Marketing, implement a trend-led approach to resonate with target audiences.
Communicate creative needs to the cross-functional team.
Convey channel support requirements to relevant team members.
Partner with the Digital Merchandising team to analyze business data.
Interpret business insights into actionable creative strategies.
Identify additional opportunities to drive demand and improve conversion rates (CVR) throughout the concept-to-customer pipeline.
Implement strategies including, but not limited to, creative ideation, product detail page (PDP) improvements, competitive storytelling, email and onsite testing, and social media initiatives.
Edit product detail page (PDP) images to effectively tell stories for email, social media, and paid advertising needs.
Identify and prioritize creative content requirements for the Design, Marketing and Brand Voice teams.
Prioritize curiosity and actively share relevant social and market trends for team interpretation and application

· Creative : Creative, Studio Stylists, Art, and Creative Directors.
· Design : Email and Paid.
