Other duties may be assigned.)</em></p>\n<p>[Production Planning]<em> </em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor HMGMA production plan change, irregular order and inform to other department.\n  <ul>\n   <li>(Schedule, UPH, Shift plan, Volume, Working hour and CKD / Pilot car order)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Production plan adjustment with HMGMA as needed (in case of logistics, production, quality trouble)</li>\n <li>Maintain EDI process (HMGMA <-> Mobis) and conduct contingency plan when trouble with Broadcast.</li>\n <li>Project Manager role for Pilot car (Planning, EO control, Master part list, communication with customer)</li>\n <li>Simulation run when shortage happened requested by Customer (HMGMA)</li>\n <li>Monthly/Weekly production report (Production index analysis and improvement)</li>\n <li>Maintain Work order Process and production information in MES.\n  <ul>\n   <li>(Line assembly code, Broadcast data, Fool proof barcode key data, Working time pattern)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Collect and maintain production index in MES, ERP or manual.\n  <ul>\n   <li>(Actual vs planned, Working time, Hour Per Module, Down time, OEM Line stop, Production CUM, Inefficient expense, Scrap cost, Line assignment efficiency, Overtime)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>[Plant Planning] </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plant planning (Making irregular plant comprehensive report)</li>\n <li>Maintain Plant information and index.</li>\n <li>Responsible for requirement from Headquarter in KR</li>\n <li>Support/perform special project as necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>[BOM/EO Control] </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Initial point of contact for Customer (HMGMA) Engineering Change include BOM.</li>\n <li>SAP Material Master management – create part numbers and maintain info.\n  <ul>\n   <li>(MRP view, Work center, Routing, Production version, Standard cost, Module no)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Maintain SAP PP Module process and implementation.\n  <ul>\n   <li>(LTP, MRP, PIR, Backlog, Production result adjustment complete/component)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Maintain production BOM in SAP/MES (Part no, Material information, Effective Point Information)</li>\n <li>Material consumption tracking for material closing and inventory accuracy (weekly, Monthly)</li>\n <li>Maintain and distribute PART LIST MASTER to all department.</li>\n <li>Able to track material history for obsolescence or gain/loss items.</li>\n <li>Follow up with IT team for SAP system improvement in user standpoint.</li>\n <li>Coordinate EO implementation with all plant departments.</li>\n <li>Manage EO part changes (EO alert, 1st sequence recording, EO communications internal/external)</li>\n <li>EO info management (participate internal/external EO meetings, track upcoming EPI)</li>\n <li>Maintain EO systems (G-EPI, SAP)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>Yes</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><em>(The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)</em></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Seven (7) to Ten (10) years of experience in Just in Sequence Logistics field in Automotive industry</li>\n <li>Three (3) to Five (5) years of supervisory or leadership experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be fluent in Korean and English, written and spoken languages.</li>\n <li>MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li>\n <li>SAP experience (PP/MM)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Logistics/Supply Chain Management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: </strong>None Required</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong>: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Position hours: Monday – Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm </li>\n <li>Overtime as needed. </li>\n <li>Traversing around production floor</li>\n <li>Occasional travel as needed.</li>\n</ul>",
