This position offers significant opportunities for career advancement and professional growth while supporting critical missions and operations.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the development, organization, and maintenance of knowledge assets, including documentation, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.</li><li>Implement and manage knowledge management (KM) processes using existing enterprise tools and systems.</li><li>Facilitate the continuous capture and refinement of technical insights from IT teams and engineering personnel.</li><li>Enhance self-service support resources by improving article quality, searchability, and usability.</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams, analysts, and engineers to ensure the knowledge base aligns with evolving support needs and technical standards.</li><li>Promote knowledge sharing across teams to reduce resolution time and improve service delivery consistency.</li><li>Support documentation governance, version control, and compliance with ARL and DoD KM policies.</li><li>Provide reporting on content usage, knowledge base performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Participate in IT and telecom project teams, contributing to engineering documentation reviews and ensuring KM alignment with project goals.</li></ul><p><em>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.</em></p>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoW Secret&#xa0;Clearance.</li><li>BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems OR two (+2) years of relevant experience working in knowledge management, IT documentation, service delivery, or similar support functions.</li><li>IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per&#xa0;DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security,&#xa0;GICSP,&#xa0;GSEC, SSCP, etc.).</li><li>ITIL v4, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) certification.</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL-based service delivery models and continuous improvement practices.</li><li>Ability to plan and implement large-scale network configurations and upgrades while minimizing downtime.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with knowledge management tools and IT service management (ITSM) platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint).</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.</li><li>Experience creating and modifying documentation for technical processes and procedures.</li><li>Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.</li><li>A problem solver and troubleshooter&#xa0;who thrives in resolving&#xa0;complex problems.</li><li>Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>Salary Range: </strong>$46,000 - $77,000</p><p>Several factors influence the final salary or hourly rate, including but not limited to contract wage determinations, relevant work experience, role-specific skills and competencies, geographic location, educational background, certifications, and federal government contract labor categories.</p>",
