      "content": "\n<li>3+ years of editing and/or production experience.</li>\n<li>Background in narrative fiction, commercials, music videos, corporate content, or vertical/micro drama content.</li>\n<li>Agency, independent production company, or freelance experience all welcome.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (required) and Adobe Suite / Photoshop.</li>\n<li>A cinematic eye. You understand framing, mood, and visual storytelling beyond the basics.</li>\n<li>Strong editing instincts and a sharp sense of timing.</li>\n<li>Confidence making creative decisions independently.</li>\n<li>Detail oriented without losing sight of the bigger story.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working from script and shaping narrative arcs.</li>\n<li>Genuine curiosity about AI tools. Hands on AI experience is a plus.</li>\n"
