Reporting to the Head of Commercial (GTM/Rev) Ops, you will own the build, maintenance, and administration of our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud, partnering with Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Customer Support to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This is a high-autonomy, hands-on role for a well-rounded technical Salesforce professional who has seen enough environments to operate confidently without close supervision. You will prioritize and work the development backlog, keep CPQ and the wider platform healthy, and serve as a senior Salesforce administrator, picking up day-to-day platform support and user-facing requests. font-size: 12pt\"> Own ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing logic, quote templates, and approval workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Design and build custom Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations to extend native CPQ functionality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Partner with Finance and Sales Ops on Quote-to-Cash improvements, including billing system integrations and renewal automation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Salesforce Administration & User Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Serve as a senior Salesforce administrator, managing users, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security configuration for globally distributed teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Handle day-to-day platform support including Flows, Agentforce, field changes, layouts, validations, and report and dashboard builds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Manage sandbox environments and release cycles, ensuring smooth deployment of changes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Provide end-user support and triage for the Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Support teams.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Design and build integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems including our ERP (Business Central), data warehouse (SQL Server), and analytics platform (Hex).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Develop API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware patterns.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Maintain integration reliability and observability across the data pipeline.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Strong Apex and SOQL development experience, and proficiency with Lightning Web Components.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Proven Salesforce administration experience, including user management, security model, flows, validation rules, and reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
