Description Now Hiring: Automotive Finance Manager Location: Rairdon’s Nissan of Auburn | Auburn, WA Type: Full-Time | Commission $60,000-$200,000/year | Growth-Focused Culture Are you a top-performing F&I professional ready to accelerate your career? Or have you been in automotive sales and are eager to learn finance but have been overlooked? Rairdon’s Nissan of Auburn is seeking a driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our award-winning team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about helping customers, and love closing deals — we want to hear from you. Compensation: 10% of gross profit less chargebacks. For each month the employee meets or exceeds 55% sold penetration, an additional 2% of gross profit less chargebacks will be added. Additional $1000.00 bonus for meeting or exceeding Nissan's NSSI score each month.
