Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and oversee end-to-end data management processes to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of organizational data</li>\n <li>Apply advanced analytics to transform complex data sets into actionable insights that inform business decisions</li>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable databases and data systems to support efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis</li>\n <li>Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within data to address operational gaps and solve high-priority challenges</li>\n <li>Translate data insights into clear, strategic recommendations that support organizational goals and initiatives</li>\n <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business needs and drive informed decision-making</li>\n <li>Continuously improve data processes, tools, and governance to enhance efficiency and data quality</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in data management, analytics, or related roles</li>\n <li>Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field</li>\n <li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights</li>\n <li>Masters with 11 years of experience; Bachelors with 13 years of experience</li>\n <li>Understanding of USTRANSCOM issues and priorities</li>\n <li>Strong project leadership, analytic ability, presentation development, and communications skills</li>\n <li><strong>Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (preferred). Ability to obtain TS/SCI (required)</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>The target salary range for this position is $92,075 - $158,138</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-SH1</p>\n<p>Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants with security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances, due to the nature of the work.</p>",
