With store responsibility, your focus will be on ensuring timely, proper, and on-brand execution of visual merchandising (VM) guidelines in your assigned stores.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of their assigned stores for visual merchandising execution.</li>\n<li>Ensure timely, proper, and on-brand implementation of Group cascaded VM guidelines across your stores.</li>\n<li>Perform detailed quality checks on visual merchandising displays and layouts.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.</li>\n<li>Ensure a consistent and cohesive presentation of the brand across all visual merchandising elements.</li>\n<li>Align store layouts with brand aesthetics to create a compelling shopping experience.</li>\n<li>Provide feedback and development recommendation for enhanced execution and brand performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KPIs</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>VM execution KPIs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the sport and fashion wear sector.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to execute visual merchandising guidelines effectively.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Experience in training and developing store visual merchandising teams.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.</li>\n<li>Fluency in local language and English.</li>\n</ul>",
