The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving chargeback disputes, protecting company revenue, and ensuring compliance with all relevant payment network regulations. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as you will interact with company Merchant Processor and internal teams.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Investigate and resolve credit card disputes and chargebacks in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Gather and analyze transaction data and documentation to build compelling dispute cases.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate with merchant processor and internal departments (such as Customer Care, Special Projects &amp; collections) to clarify issues and resolve disputes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate records of all chargeback activity and reconciliation efforts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Stay up-to-date on all card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and industry regulations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with external audits related to chargeback processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Update Customers account to reflect the ongoing and completed chargeback process</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor&#39;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience:</strong> Experience in a finance or accounting role with direct or indirect exposure to the chargeback process, billing or customer analysis functions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency with Microsoft Office(word/PDF/Excel) is required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
