We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with Territory Manager in assigned territory to understand prospect’s clinical needs, demonstrate FUJIFILM Sonosite’s products, and close new deals</li>\n <li>Responsible for implementing FUJIFILM Sonosite product at customer site and training customer on how to use new products</li>\n <li>Own post-sales activities in the field, such as encouraging customer product adoption and addressing any customer issues, to ensure ongoing positive customer experience</li>\n <li>Support Territory Manager counterpart by maintaining FUJIFILM Sonosite presence and relationships at installed base client sites</li>\n <li>Work to convey overall value of FUJIFILM Sonosite products for users and other stakeholders within customer site</li>\n <li>Work with Inside Sales Representatives to demonstrate Fujifilm Sonosite’s products in the field, when needed</li>\n <li>Identify potential for upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing customers and bring opportunity to the attention of Territory Manager to pursue and close deal</li>\n <li>Provide Clinical / Technical / Educational support to new and existing customers as needed.</li>\n <li>Provide support to other areas of the company as needed</li>\n <li>Act as primary commercial resource in absence of Territory Manger counterpart</li>\n <li>Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company’s quality system<strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2-year degree from an accredited ultrasound teaching institution </li>\n <li>RDMS in Abdomen/OB GYN</li>\n <li>RDCS or RDCS eligible, RVT or RVT eligible preferred</li>\n <li>Must have at least (3) three years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound (Abdominal/OBGyn/ Vascular)</li>\n <li>Experience in dealing with numerous requirements and performing detailed prioritization is required</li>\n <li>Ability to understand both the clinical and business needs of the customer and Fujifilm Sonosite respectively</li>\n <li>Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requests is a must</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships with all accounts.</li>\n <li>Effectively and appropriately displays professional skills necessary to manage interpersonal relationships with team members, colleagues.</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.</li>\n <li>Works in a well-organized manner and consistently meets customer and FUJIFILM Sonosite time requirements.</li>\n <li>Ability to travel 90% of the time.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations.</li>\n <li>Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction.</li>\n <li>Represents FUJIFILM Sonosite in a highly professional manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$90,000.00 - $125,000.00/yr depending on experience + variable bonus opportunity <em>(Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).</em>  </li>\n <li>Insurance: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Medical, Dental & Vision</li>\n  <li>Life & Company paid Disability</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Retirement Plan (401k): </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>4% automatic Company contribution</li>\n  <li>Fujifilm matches 50 cents for every dollar you contribute, up to 6% of your salary</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>You can accrue up to 120 hours of PTO in your first year of employment</li>\n  <li>PTO increases based on years of service</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Employee Choice Holidays:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>32 hours additional paid time off, based on date of hire in the calendar year</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Paid Holidays:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Eight (8) paid holidays per year</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p>Our requirement at this time is not to be vaccinated as a standard, but to be able to perform your job duties, which largely requires entering facilities.
