The Labor Compliance Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring contractor compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations on publicly funded construction projects.</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span>This position will support labor compliance monitoring activities associated with prevailing wage requirements, certified payroll reviews, workforce participation reporting, apprenticeship compliance, and contractor labor documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA), prevailing wage compliance, and workforce reporting requirements associated with federally funded and public infrastructure programs.</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span>The Labor Compliance Specialist will work closely with project teams, contractors, subcontractors, government agencies, and client representatives to help ensure labor compliance standards are consistently maintained throughout all phases of
