We are seeking individuals with experience in retail, sales, retention and/or data entry.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>We are currently hiring professionals to work in the role of:&nbsp;<strong><u>Remote French Customer Service Representative</u></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Handle customer inquiries and complaints</li>\r\n\t<li>Maximize every sales opportunity by upselling and cross-selling profitable products</li>\r\n\t<li>Document and update customer records based on interactions</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services</li>\r\n\t<li>Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills</li>\r\n\t<li>Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>PREFERRED SKILLS:</u></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience supporting luxury brand products and services</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience supporting home appliances</li>\r\n\t<li>Positive and professional demeanor</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\r\n\t<li>Minimum HS diploma, college preferred</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting</li>\r\n\t<li>Must be fluent in English and Canadian French (written and verbal)</li>\r\n\t<li>Has experience supporting consumer products and/or services.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>TRAINING:</u></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><strong>Product training</strong> <em>(Understanding of our client&#39;s range of products, ingredients, application, adverse effects, etc.)</em></li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Systems training </strong><em>(How to use CRM and ACD Tools)</em></li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Remote training </strong>(<em>via the video conference platform Zoom)</em></li>\r\n\t<li><strong>100% Attendance </strong></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>WHY US?</u></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>We inspire and develop employees to be able to effectively empathize with consumers.</li>\r\n\t<li>We create experiences that provide promotion opportunities from within.</li>\r\n\t<li>We motivate and encourage our employees to contribute new viewpoints which add to our team-oriented culture!</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>EEO Statement:</u></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>ACC Premiere is an equal opportunity employer.
