The ideal candidate will provide high‑quality psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to a diverse population, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary clinical staff. This role emphasizes patient‑centered care, evidence‑based practice, and supportive teamwork within a structured outpatient environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations including diagnostic assessments, mental status exams, and medical/psychiatric histories.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence‑based modalities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prescribe, adjust, and monitor psychotropic medications while ensuring safe and effective pharmacological management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide ongoing psychiatric care through follow‑up visits, symptom monitoring, treatment modifications, and crisis intervention as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate closely with therapists, case managers, nurses, and other clinical team members to support integrated, multidisciplinary care.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Document patient encounters, plans, and progress notes in accordance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards including HIPAA and state regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Active and unrestricted state medical license (or eligible for licensure).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">DEA license for prescribing controlled substances.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competency, and ability to work with diverse populations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in an outpatient mental health setting preferred but not required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
