font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead and manage field operations within your assigned area, supporting project success from start to finish</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support Superintendents and project teams with production, manpower planning, scheduling, and operational needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all projects maintain high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Executives to monitor labor, materials, budgets, and job costs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work closely with Superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with project goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate manpower and equipment between projects and assist with resource planning across multiple jobsites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Act as the primary problem solver for field issues that escalate beyond Superintendent level</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Partner with Safety to reinforce and implement company safety initiatives and culture</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct regular documented safety observations and participate in operational safety discussions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review and analyze two-week look-ahead schedules with Superintendents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate finishing schedules with division leadership and support project execution planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and maintain strong working relationships with General Contractor Superintendents and customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in preconstruction meetings, kick-off meetings, pre-pour meetings, operations meetings, and other project discussions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure communication is maintained between Superintendents and Project Managers regarding daily jobsite activity</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support training and development efforts for field personnel and future leadership growth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain consistency in operational procedures across all assigned projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with business development efforts and presales site visits when needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Candidates Should Have:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial, industrial, tilt-up, or multi-story construction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of concrete construction means, methods, and sequencing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and field teams simultaneously</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
