If an employee does not pass, they will be given an additional 3 months to retake the test. </em></p><p><strong><em>All Medical Assistants must be certified within 6 months of hire and certification must be maintained throughout employment.</em></strong></p><ul><li>Medical Assistants&#xa0;<u>without any formal Medical Assistant&#xa0;training</u>&#xa0;are required to have a current Certification/Registration as a Medical Assistant.</li></ul><p><strong>Please Note:&#xa0; This position REQUIRES a Medical Assistant (MA) Certification.
