Master Documentation: Gather requirements to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Solution Designs, User Stories, and Test Cases. Technical Troubleshooting: Act as a hands-on expert using Jira and Lucidchart to identify issues, provide workarounds, and manage customer interactions on-site or remotely. Testing & Deployment: Support functional testing, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage the transition to Production (PROD) environments. Define Specifications: Translate high-level business needs into granular technical specifications for developers and implementation teams.
