          "text": "<p>Position: ALM Tester/Business Analyst</p><p>Company: HP</p><p>Terms: 1 year contract, minimum </p><p>Pay Rate: $40</p><p>Interview Process: Phone to Face to face (possible Skype for out-of-state)  to Offer</p><p>Location: Herndon, VA location – No Remote Work, must be On-Site</p><p>Status: must be US citizen or Green Card Holder and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance</p><p><br /></p><p>The client requires a tester/business analyst with ALM expertise for immediate ALM work. This ALM project will take approximately 2 months, then the position will expand into a more traditional business analyst/tester role with possibly some PM work. </p><p>Note: No remote work. Must be onsite in Herndon, VA. </p><p>Required Qualifications: </p><p>• 5+ years’ experience familiarity with different types of testing (system integration (SIT), customer acceptance (CAT), regression, functional, etc.) and an ability to plan/execute accordingly </p><p>• 3+ years’ experience working as a business analyst gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements </p><p>• Needs to be ALM trained and can edit/program ALM test scripts which use Quick Test Pro/Unified Functional Testing </p><p>• Needs to setup eFMS with our ALM installation. This would include documenting all the setup steps so we could leverage for future installs </p><p>• Needs to migrate VersionOne stories into ALM. This is currently a manual process </p><p>• Needs to create/record automation test scripts that can be utilized in all future regression testing </p><p>• Ability to translate business requirements into Agile user stories </p><p>• Communications skills: speaking and writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience (technical and non-technical) </p><p>• Ability to effectively interface with clients to gather application requirements </p><p>• Ability to analyze functional requirements and to write component detailed design technical documents </p><p><br /></p><p>Preferred Qualifications: </p><p>• Experience with Java development is a plus </p><p>• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle experience in an Agile environment </p><p>• Ability to be flexible and work analytically </p><p>• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member </p><p>• Ability to function independently to complete work assignments </p><p><br /><br /></p>",
