Are you ready to bring your HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills to a team that supports the community every day?</div><div><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">&nbsp;</span></strong><p><strong>Role:</strong></p><p>Under the direction of the Building Facilities Manager assists in maintaining credit union property and equipment.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Assists with general maintenance of all credit union properties. &nbsp;</p><p>Responsible for regularly inspecting credit union offices for minor repairs, i.e. replacement of light bulbs, ceiling tiles, irrigation, pressure washing, etc.</p><p>Responsible for general repair work as needed at all credit union offices.</p><p>Responsible for maintaining a record log of all equipment. Pick up and deliver credit union equipment for repairs.</p><p>Responsible for recording all expenses and receipts and forwarding to the Building Facilities Manager monthly.</p><p>Perform general repair on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry.</p><p>Responsible for relocating all furniture and equipment as needed.</p><p>Responsible for inspecting offices for safety/security issues and report to Building Facilities Manager.</p><p>Responsible for maintenance and cleaning of company vehicles and properties.</p><p>Make daily pickup &amp; deliveries to the local branches with work and supplies.</p><p>Responsible for maintenance and ordering of company beverages and equipment.</p><p>Performs other related duties as assigned.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Experience:&nbsp;</strong>One to three years of similar or related experience.</p><p><strong>Education:</strong> A high school education or GED.</p><p><strong>Interpersonal Skills</strong>: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. &nbsp;Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization.</p><p><strong>Other Skills:&nbsp;</strong>Knowledge of BSA/OFAC compliance and be able to assist members with questions concerning BSA. &nbsp;Complete yearly training.</p><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills. &nbsp;Ability to identify technical defects in electrical units and other equipment in a facility. Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and coordinate work functions with workers and vendors.
