Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LISW, or LISW-S) Compensation: Initial salary and then transition to 55% of net collections at 6 months ( estimated at $55,000 - $70,000/year ), paid biweekly Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time, Exempt (minimum of 32 hours per week) Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Flexibility to schedule a minimum of 32 clinical hours within those time frames. Location: This is a hybrid (75% or greater in-person) role based out of Canton, OH Role Summary The hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Preferred candidates will see adults.
