Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LISW, or LISW-S)
Compensation: Initial salary and then transition to 55% of net collections at 6 months ( estimated at $55,000 - $70,000/year ), paid biweekly
Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time, Exempt (minimum of 32 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Flexibility to schedule a minimum of 32 clinical hours within those time frames.
Location: This is a hybrid (75% or greater in-person) role based out of Canton, OH
Role Summary
The hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. Preferred candidates will see adults.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Maintain an active caseload of minimum of 32 client sessions per week Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Compensation & Benefits
