Oversee slot floor operations. Properly implements all Title 31 procedures and safeguards the Company&rsquo;s assets. The Lead GSA assists in paying jackpots, performing minor machine repairs, Reward card sign-ups, and performing exchanges of cash and cash equivalents. Respect everyone, all persons, and all the things created.</p><p><strong>Bravery</strong>: To do what is right, even in the most difficult of times.</p><p><strong>Honesty</strong>: Be honest in every action and provide good feelings in your heart.</p><p><strong>Wisdom</strong>: We cherish knowledge; wisdom is used for the good of the people.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Humility</strong>: Know that you are equal to everyone else, no better, no less.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>In this Role:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for practicing, supporting, and always promoting AAA Four Diamond and Gun Lake Casino Resort&rsquo;s standards.</li><li>Comply with signatory controls, including jackpot / fill vouchers, check-in / out sheet, key control, and other forms associated with daily duties.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow all Responsible Gaming Guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Inform shift management of any illegal gaming devices or activity.</li><li>Capable of counting down, checking in / out, and maintaining accountability of a slot booth or bank.</li><li>Effectively and efficiently complete transactions for guests while maintaining Title 31 requirements.</li><li>Follow all procedures and policies to ensure that duties are performed within accepted standards established by Casino Management and Regulatory requirements.</li><li>Responsible for the final balancing of funds and assets assigned during a shift.</li><li>Handle guest opportunities in a positive and professional manner.</li><li>Keep work areas and casino floor neat, clean, and safe.</li><li>Understand and be aware of the Rewards Program to sign guests up and champion the benefits of the program.</li><li>Be aware of all current and upcoming events and promotions.</li><li>Enforces Slot department policies and provides constructive feedback to Slot Department management regarding necessary changes and improvements.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.</li><li>Monitor performance and lead Guest Service Ambassadors in day-to-day operations. Train, guide, and provide feedback to new Team Members.</li><li>Comply with signatory controls, including Jackpot/Fill tickets and other forms associated with daily duties.</li><li>Efficiently process all requests for overrides on jackpots and fills.</li><li>Be able to complete guest requests for benefits, such as comps.</li><li>Other job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Essential Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Must be 21+ years of age.&nbsp;</li><li>Must possess a High School diploma or GED.</li><li>Must have one (1) year minimum slot experience.</li><li>Must be a certified Job Coach or have previous step-up Lead GSA experience.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to coach and develop subordinates.</li><li>Must be able to obtain a gaming license with the Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission.</li><li>Must have a working understanding of Title 31 requirements. &nbsp;</li><li>Understand and practice Four Diamond Service standards and The Seven Grandfather Teachings.</li><li>Basic math and money-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to handle Guest opportunities in a positive and professional manner while demonstrating sound judgment and mature decision-making.</li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color, and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.</li><li>Ability to read, write, and input data into the computer.</li><li>Must have the manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have the ability to access all properties and areas.</li><li>Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. Ability to push a cart weighing in excess of 300 lbs.</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.</li><li>Able to hear radio transmissions and communicate clearly on the radio.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Work Conditions:</u></strong></p><p>Work is typically in an office environment or out on the casino floor. Work areas may be warm, cold, or noisy and may contain second-hand smoke. Tasks may be required to perform from a sitting or non-sitting position in a confined area.
