Develops, implements, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.</li>\n <li>Create effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives and achieving guest satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department and providing recommendations; ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to manager.</li>\n <li>Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.  Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.  Responsible for the overall achievement of department customer service goals.    </li>\n <li>Assists in oversight of electronic gaming device activities for adherence to established procedures on assigned shift. </li>\n <li>Partners with operational leaders to ensure slot projects and moves are aligned with business strategy for the property. </li>\n <li>Makes suggestions regarding types of materials, supplies, or tools to be used within established guidelines on assigned shift.</li>\n <li>Assists Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast as needed with slot moves or slot related projects as needed.</li>\n <li>Shares responsibility for layouts to installations of slot machines.</li>\n <li>Schedules and as needed completes preventative maintenance of slot machines.</li>\n <li>Assists with scheduling and as needed completes tasks of troubleshooting and repair of machine malfunctions and player tracking system problems. Writes correspondence needed to move, convert, or install slot related equipment.</li>\n <li>Assists in the repair, maintenance and performance of all slots and related gaming equipment.</li>\n <li>Ensure all policies, procedures and practices are consistently followed and comply with the company’s service standards, brand attributes, policies, collective bargaining agreements and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Carries out the development, execution, and measurement of departmental service standards for the Slot Technical team.</li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Executive Management / GM. </li>\n <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be at least 21 years of age.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree (A.A) from an accredited college or university; one to two years in a Slot leadership role; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li>\n <li>Must be able to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends according to business needs. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li>\n <li>Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. </li>\n <li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Excel). Must have knowledge of Slot operating systems.</li>\n <li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  </li>\n <li>Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain a Gaming Permit.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong> <strong>                                                     </strong></p>\n<p>This job has supervisory responsibilities.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for staff development and training programs.</li>\n <li>Responsible for rewards and recognition program to maximize employee engagement.</li>\n <li>Evaluates team members within department and delivers constructive feedback to employees in regards to performance.</li>\n <li>Provides recommendation for staffing (including interviewing and hiring) and scheduling (planning, assigning, and directing work) to meet business needs.</li>\n <li>Manages work procedures and expedites workflow.</li>\n <li>Provides recommendation for employee performance (disciplining, coaching, and counseling).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
