Utilize skills to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and improve all power distribution and manufacturing equipment including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow all Morgan safety standards and guide lines.</li>\n <li>Follow all NFPA and National Electrical codes.</li>\n <li>Utilize all Arc Flash gear when called upon.</li>\n <li>A Journeyman's card or the completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.</li>\n <li>An associate degree is highly desirable.</li>\n <li>Must be available to work any shift schedule as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand or kneel for extended periods of time</li>\n <li>Ability to reach above head level when working on elevated equipment</li>\n <li>Ability to ascend and descend ladder or stairs</li>\n <li>Ability to push and pull equipment into proper placement</li>\n <li>Ability to work in extreme or hot, cold environments</li>\n <li>Evaluates opportunities to improve equipment and reduce downtime</li>\n <li>Provide technical support for all electrical process equipment</li>\n <li>Perform moderate to complex installation, troubleshoot and repairs.</li>\n <li>Diagnose and repair equipment and components such as motors, drives, relays, starters and other related electrical devices used for industrial equipment.</li>\n <li>Insure that no safety devices are by-passed or eliminated without proper authorization.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision but also with others in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Perform routine preventative maintenance (PM) on all equipment.</li>\n <li>Perform tasks as directed by plant supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>1</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have documented proof of experience in the industrial electrical field and/or a journeyman's card.</li>\n <li>The ability to work with other trades to accomplish a positive outcome.</li>\n <li>Must be a US Person as defined by 22CFR120.15.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Skill and Abilities:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
