font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Prepare and review journal entries for the month-end close, including new investment purchases, sales, and distributions</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Reconcile investment balances to the general ledger accounts</li></ul><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist with treasury management&nbsp;for daily cash activity, including trades, remittances, and various other receipts and disbursements.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist with the monthly structured financing waterfall process, which involves coordination among the asset and financing portfolio management team, financing counterparties, agent banks, and fund administrator</li></ul><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Work with investment management team in reviewing and coordinating distribution of investor reports including quarterly financials, management letters and capital account statements&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ensure that all investment entity financial&nbsp;statements follow US GAAP and any official guidelines and requirements</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Oversee and coordinate the fund&rsquo;s annual audit process including managing relationships with external auditors</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Oversee and coordinate annual tax reporting requirements, partnering with outside preparers</li></ul><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Oversee corporate compliance with outside parties for all fund entities including REIT regulations, as applicable, and help lead process for any investor K-1 review and filings.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;
