The Technical Program Manager, Software Integration, will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects across focus on tracking schedules, managing documentation, monitoring risk, and reporting progress across various software teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the aerospace industry and the development of flight software, ground software or RF Comms Software. They will ensure that program objectives are met through meticulous attention to detail in project execution and communication. This position will report to the Senior Director, Technical Program Management in our Saratoga, CA Office. They will manage software development projects across the organization. They will work collaborate closely with Software Team Leads, and Software Integration Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders. This is a full time, exempt position, based out of our Saratoga office.  The target base pay for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 annually.  The total compensation packaged will be determined by various factors such as your relevant job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We are redefining how satellites are designed, manufactured and used—so we’re looking for candidates with passion, deep knowledge and direct experience on LEO satellite component development, design and in-orbit activities. Manage program timelines, milestones, risk registers, and dependencies across multiple engineering groups. Support the software integration & test lead by managing coordinating workstreams, task prioritization, and cross-team communication. Ensure test artifacts (procedures, test cases, results) remain organized, traceable, and aligned with requirements. Track issues found in integration or system testing and coordinate resolution with responsible engineering teams. Serve as the central point of communication connective tissue between software, RF systems, spacecraft avionics, mission operations, and hardware teams. Facilitate clear communication and regularly update leadership on team status, risks, and blockers. Implement lightweight but effective processes for tracking work, versioning, documentation, and verification. Regularly update leadership on program status, risks, and blockers.
