Together, we&rsquo;re building healthier futures.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As the Regional Operations Director, you will lead teams and providers to obtain the desired results while ensuring compliance with all organizational, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare, quality assurance, safety, and labor laws.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide guidance and motivation to clinic leadership and staff to ensure the clinic has a trained and satisfied work team and lead the team in the efficient provision of clinic services that provide quality patient care, high customer satisfaction, and financial profitability.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Focus on the growth of the business while strengthening and retaining existing patient relationships.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct clinical site visits to meet with managers, staff, and leadership.
