The Opportunity As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the organizational backbone of our office, ensuring smooth operations and enabling our team to focus on what they do best. You'll work closely with senior leadership and team members across the organization, making a tangible impact on our daily operations. What You'll Do Office Operations & Management Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive, efficient, and safe work environment Maintain and update office policies and procedures to reflect our evolving needs Coordinate office activities to maximize efficiency and support team collaboration Manage office supplies, research vendors, and negotiate deals to optimize costs Support onboarding of new hires, including preparation and setup of equipment, uniforms, and necessary supplies. Maintain and track inventory of office equipment, uniforms, and supplies, collaborating with administrative teams across multiple offices to ensure adequate stock and efficient distribution Regularly maintain and organize common office areas to ensure a clean, orderly, and professional environment.
