Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) deliver <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">person-centered care</span> that promotes independence, builds Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and supports meaningful community engagement.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Role Overview</span></p>\n<p>We are hiring an entry-level <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Community Support Specialist (Direct Support Professional / DSP / Caregiver)</span> to provide <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">part-time, one-on-one support</span> in the Dayton, OR area.
