Description
We are seeking a Lead Operator Oil Recycling for our Rollinsford NH Oil Re-Refinery; distilling used motor oil into separate streams of product- light distillate fuels, water, VGO, and asphalt. You will perform a range of essential functions to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the refinery including Leadership/Oversight, Inspections, Troubleshooting, Control Board functions, Process Optimization, Safety and Compliance, and Quality Control.
Wage: $35-38hr DOE
***SIGN ON BONUS for 6/8/26 or 6/15/26 start dates***

Responsibilities
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times Samples process streams and assists with tank farm operations Gauges all process tanks every hour Completes tank transfers to control inventory Obtains routine process samples to verify product quality Switches and changes process filters Completes housekeeping tasks within the refinery Loads and unloads tanks
Qualifications
What does it take to work at Clean Harbors?
HS Diploma or Equivalent 1-3 Manufacturing or Plant experience preferred Mechanically inclined/troubleshooting experience is a plus! Previous years of refinery operations experience is an asset Previous forklift experience preferred Lift up to 50lbs, climb, stoop, bend etc. Must be able to work straight night shift or straight day shift that includes every other weekend
