For immediate consideration, please send your resume to: [email protected] or call 803-868-4570.</strong></h3>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct thorough evaluations of students' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.</li>\n <li>Develop personalized treatment plans and goals tailored to students' specific needs and abilities.</li>\n <li>Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve students' motor skills, range of motion, and functional independence.</li>\n <li>Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans.</li>\n <li>Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.</li>\n <li>Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input regarding students' physical therapy needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.</li>\n <li>Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.</li>\n <li>Experience providing physical therapy services in a pediatric or school setting.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric physical therapy.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology used in physical therapy (preferred).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package</li>\n <li>Flexible work arrangements</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional development and growth</li>\n <li>Collaborative and supportive work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer:</p>\n<p>E-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
