company North Point Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Sales to lead the sales efforts for our AC Hotel by Marriott Savannah Historic District and Homewood Suites by Hilton Savannah Historic District/Riverfront. Both hotels are situated on the Savannah River and boast rooftop experiences, riverfront views, and meeting facilities that deliver a memorable guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality sales leader to drive strategy, maximize revenue performance, and lead a high-performing sales team. With 331 guestrooms combined, and more than 4,000 square feet of meeting space, these properties are positioned at the center of Savannah’s booming tourism, entertainment, and corporate markets. As the Director of Sales, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, cultivate key client relationships, grow market share, and drive top-line revenue performance across the properties. You will provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the sales team while collaborating closely with hotel leadership to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results. As the on-site Director, you will lead a sales department that is part on-site and part-remote, across Hilton and Marriott-branded properties, driving strategic revenue growth, market expansion, and team performance.
