    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Program Overview</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>2 Positions Available</p>\n<p>The JGM Engineering Graduate Rotational Program is a comprehensive 18-month initiative designed to provide recent engineering graduates with hands-on experience to help launch their career in structural steel fabrication. As an <em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Associate Fabrication Engineer - Early Career Rotational Program</span></em> in this program, participants will gain exposure to three key areas within <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JGM: Shop Floor Operations, Production Control, as well as Estimating/Purchasing.<em> </em></span>  The goal is to offer in-depth experience under the guidance of industry experts, preparing participants for future leadership roles within our company on the fabrication side of the business by rotating through the departments within JGM per below (not necessarily in this order).</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is NOT a behind the desk job... you will be working on the floor directly with our production team including plant superintendent, welders, fitters/fabricators, machine operators, project managers and health and safety.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">_______________________________________________________________________________</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Rotation 1: Shop Floor Engineer (6 Months)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Supervisor: Plant Superintendent</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Objective:</span><br>Learn fabrication processes by working directly on the shop floor with welders, fitters, and machinists.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shadow shop supervisors and team leads to understand workflow.</li>\n<li>Monitor safety, quality, and productivity on fabrication lines.</li>\n<li>Support equipment troubleshooting and process improvements.</li>\n<li>Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.</li>\n<li>Production reporting and analysis<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills Developed:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welding/fabrication process knowledge.</li>\n<li>Safety management.</li>\n<li>Equipment utilization.</li>\n<li>Quality control.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Outcome:</span><br>Develop the ability to understand shop floor operations and identify opportunities for improving safety, quality, and efficiency.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">_______________________________________________________________________________</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Rotation 2: Production Control Engineer (6 Months)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Supervisor: Production Control Manager</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Objective: </span><br>Gain expertise in scheduling, material flow, and process optimization.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and monitor production schedules.</li>\n<li>Track work orders, shop loading, and throughput.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with supervisors to minimize bottlenecks.</li>\n<li>Utilize ERP/MRP systems Tekla and Spectrum</li>\n<li>Equipment programming.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills Developed:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scheduling.</li>\n<li>Shop logistics.<br></li>\n<li>Data-driven decision making.<br></li>\n<li>ERP tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Outcome:</span><br>Gain the capability to effectively manage production schedules and optimize workflow across the shop.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">_______________________________________________________________________________</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Rotation 3: Estimating &amp; Purchasing Engineer (6 Months)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Supervisor: Estimating Manager / Procurement Manager</em><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Objective: </span></p>\n<p>Learn the business side of fabrication through cost estimating and vendor engagement.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist estimators with quantity takeoffs and bid preparation.<br></li>\n<li>Develop cost models for fabrication projects.</li>\n<li>Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and issue POs.<br></li>\n<li>Collaborate with project teams to align procurement with schedules.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills Developed:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cost analysis.</li>\n<li>Vendor management.</li>\n<li>Negotiation.</li>\n<li>Estimating software &amp;
