Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to support daily HR operations and general administrative activities. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between employees and the HR department, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Provide clerical and administrative support
Act as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of queries
Support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and documentation
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinate interviews and support recruitment activities
Handle employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Oversee payroll and benefits administration through third-party providers, acting as the primary liaison.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of HR experience
Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle tasks with discretion and professionalism
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practice
