We value our people and support their personal growth and development, providing an environment in which people can shape their own career paths.<br><br><br>We are seeking a highly technical<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior QA Engineer - Automation (m/f/d)</span><span> </span>to join our product development team, focused on building and evolving a modern, automation-first quality engineering practice across our SaaS platform.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and evolve the test automation framework (primarily .NET-based), ensuring scalability, maintainability, and ease of contribution by engineering teams.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain automated tests across different layers (API, integration, end-to-end), with strong focus on API-first systems (OpenAPI-driven).</li>\n<li>Define and enforce quality gates within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), ensuring consistent and reliable release standards.</li>\n<li>Enable engineers to contribute to automated testing by providing clear patterns, reusable components, and guidelines.</li>\n<li>Leverage OpenTelemetry and Grafana LGTM to validate system behavior, improve observability of tests, and detect quality issues in production-like environments.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with development teams working on Azure-based, Kubernetes (AKS), and GitOps-driven systems to ensure testability and quality are built into the architecture.</li>\n<li>Continuously improve test coverage, execution time, and signal quality, including integration with coverage tools.</li>\n<li>Explore and introduce new approaches to improve quality (e.g., contract testing, telemetry-driven validation, synthetic testing).</li>\n<li>Contribute to test strategy for distributed systems, including multi-service SaaS environments.</li>\n<li>Review test implementations and provide guidance to maintain high standards across the codebase.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering with strong focus on automation.</li>\n<li>Solid programming experience in<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">C# / .NET Core</span>, with ability to work in and extend test frameworks.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">XUnit</span><span> </span>(or similar frameworks) and modern test automation practices.</li>\n<li>Strong experience testing<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">API-first systems</span>, including working with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OpenAPI/Swagger</span></li>\n<li>Experience integrating tests into<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CI/CD pipelines</span><span> </span>(Azure DevOps strongly preferred).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">test coverage tools</span><span> </span>such as Cobertura.</li>\n<li>Experience working with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">cloud-native architectures</span><span> </span>(Azure preferred) and distributed systems.</li>\n<li>Understanding of<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Kubernetes-based environments</span><span> </span>and their testing implications.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify gaps in quality and drive improvements.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills; able to influence engineering teams and promote best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OpenTelemetry</span><span> </span>and using telemetry data to validate system behavior and improve test strategies.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Grafana LGTM stack (Loki, Mimir, Tempo)</span>.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">GitOps workflows</span><span> </span>(e.g., Flux CD, Argo CD).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must be eligible to work in Poland</span></p>\n<p><br></p>",
