This role requires a hands on leader who can guide day-to-day operations, support delivery across key initiatives, and work closely with architects, peer managers, and technical teams to drive execution, resolve issues, and improve platform reliability.</p>\n<p>We hire people, not positions. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>As our Technical DevOps Manager, you will provide: </strong><strong>1. Team Leadership and Operational Oversight:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee the day-to-day activities of the DevOps team, ensuring effective execution of operational priorities/support, and strategic initiatives.</li>\n <li>Provide leadership, direction, and accountability across DevOps KTLO activities, ensuring stability, responsiveness, and consistent service delivery.</li>\n <li>Mentor team members, promote collaboration, and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>2. Stakeholder Engagement and Cross Functional Partnership:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a key liaison across engineering, architecture, security, infrastructure, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of priorities and successful execution of initiatives.</li>\n <li>Work closely with peer managers, directors, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders in a highly collaborative and agile environment.</li>\n <li>Communicate clearly across technical and business stakeholders through status updates, issue management, and delivery reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<p>3. Agile Delivery and Planning:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with project managers and technical teams to support planning, prioritization, and execution of work across an agile delivery model.</li>\n <li>Contribute to story grooming, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ongoing coordination to ensure work is well defined, properly sequenced, and delivered on time.</li>\n <li>Help drive execution discipline across both projects work and operational support activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>4. Technical Leadership and Problem Resolution:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide hands on technical leadership across infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and platform related initiatives, with the ability to engage deeply when needed.</li>\n <li>Take ownership of critical issues, risks, and cross functional dependencies, driving them through resolution with urgency and sound judgment.</li>\n <li>Support complex troubleshooting efforts and provide leadership across operational incidents, escalations, and service improvement opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>5. Architecture, Documentation, Reporting, and Governance:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner closely with architects and engineering leaders to support scalable, resilient, and well governed platform and infrastructure solutions.</li>\n <li>Produce clear, audience appropriate reporting for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including detailed documentation for engineering teams and executive summaries, status reporting, and recommendations for Directors, Vice Presidents, and C suite leadership.</li>\n <li>Translate complex technical and operational information into meaningful reports, dashboards, summaries, and recommendations that support decision making, visibility, and governance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>6. Cloud Transformation, Automation, and Cost Management:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and support cloud migration, modernization, and automation initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and operational reliability.</li>\n <li>Drive the adoption of automation and engineering practices that streamline deployment, maintenance, and support activities.</li>\n <li>Own and help manage infrastructure and cloud cost optimization efforts, including cost visibility, resource efficiency, forecasting, and ongoing financial accountability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>7. Technical Background and Continuous Improvement:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bring a strong technical foundation in cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, and platform operations, with the ability to lead both strategically and operationally.</li>\n <li>Prefer candidates with prior coding, scripting, or automation experience who can work effectively with engineers on technical solutions.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate adaptability and openness to emerging technologies, including AI enabled capabilities, where they can improve operational efficiency and team effectiveness.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<p>These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable.
