Your primary duties will include answering other tellers questions, resolves more complex problems, and oversees balancing. Responsible for smooth flow of teller lines, adequate coverage, and general training of tellers. &nbsp;As wells as ensuring members are promptly and professionally served through processing their deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers&rsquo; checks, and cash advances accurately and efficiently. You will balance daily transactions and verify cash totals to maintain accuracy and compliance. In addition to your main responsibilities, you will perform assigned side-jobs and assist other tellers as needed to ensure seamless operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring that members receive prompt, professional service that enhances their banking experience.</p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum of 6 to twelve months related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>A thorough knowledge of bank teller policies and procedures</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Basic understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems</li></ul><p>All employment applications must be submitted electronically.
