As a Maintenance Supervisor, your attention to detail and hands on work ensures that our guests have a comfortable and problem-free stay.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer eligible employees a number of benefits to enhance their health and well-being:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Group insurance, including medical, dental, vision and company-paid life insurance</li>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Company-matched 401(k) plan</li>\n <li>Voluntary benefits including short term disability, long term disability, accident, life, critical illness and Flexible Spending Account</li>\n <li>Life enrichment benefits including hotel benefits, employee assistance program, leadership development program and more!</li>\n <li>Get paid daily</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Train, supervise, motivate and recognize the maintenance staff.</li>\n <li>Assist with inventory, ordering, and scheduling.</li>\n <li>Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance in all areas of the hotel and inspect work completed by other maintenance staff to ensure quality and standards are met.</li>\n <li>Perform standard electrical wiring repairs as required.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot various technical systems and devices such as; HVAC, hot water delivery systems, key card systems, internet equipment,  television equipment, etc.</li>\n <li>Oversee safety programs and key control throughout the hotel.</li>\n <li>Respond to all guest requests with a sense of urgency and service frame of mind.</li>\n <li>Supervise service contractors performing contracted work. Sollicit and evaluate bids for contracted work as needed.</li>\n <li>On-call availability by telephone and/or at times in-person</li>\n <li>Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous maintenance and supervisory experience in a hotel or property management setting is preferred.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of; HVAC systems, fire alarm/sprinkler systems, swimming pool operation/maintenance (CPO certification preferred).</li>\n <li>To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Good time management and prioritization skills a must. </li>\n <li>This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift.</li>\n <li> Previous technical training or relevant job experience is required.</li>\n <li>Computer proficiency required</li>\n <li>Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.</li>\n</ul>",
